About
About My Work
My work is holistic, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming. As a disabled Cptsd survivor who holds 5 different marginalized identities, I work hard to ensure that you receive the inclusive, informed, considerate care and support that you need.
What we experience personally can’t be understood or addressed without also considering the systems and relationships which we live in and interact with on a daily basis. I believe it is unethical to support personal growth without also providing tools for relational growth. I believe it is also unethical to avoid talking about the politics, systems and structures which determine our lives. Part of anti-oppressive work means considering all of the things that impact us - and so this is what we do in our work together.
My goal is to support you, whether psychologically or energetically, personally or professionally. I want to ease the burden of your life by sharing what I know. If I can give you tools and support that help you to understand and ease your struggle, that's what I want to do. We don't live our lives in a vacuum, and we can't do it all alone. I know better than most how much we all need a helping hand at times.

I've dedicated my life to sharing what I've observed, researched, learned and developed. My perspectives come from both a psychological point of view, as well as from my life as a highly intuitive being. I grew up in a unique metaphysical environment but I partner those understandings with science and grounded, real-world examination.
Professionally, I have worked with clients for 30 years. I'm a Published Author, Counselor, Speaker, Consultant, Philosopher, and Certified Hypnotist with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Fine Arts and graduate training in Counselling.
Since I was a child, I've held a special place in my heart for public speaking, teaching and writing. I've had the privilege to speak about many of the topics that I am passionate about, and I share my latest research and developments with individuals, organizations and businesses.
